If you received a damaged product or a wrong product, we will replace it without a question. Please email us at dw@paintnpaws.com within 72 hours of receiving your order.

If you want to cancel an order that hasn’t shipped, contact us as soon as possible. Our artists start creating your pet portrait within hours after you’ve placed your order.
